Celebrate #ThrowBackThursday at the country’s oldest surviving Goofy Golf. Since 1953, families have been playing mini golf on their two courses and taking a picture with “Hammy”, their 23 foot tall T- Rex. Goofy Golf is so old school it’s cash only, and Roadside America rates it worth a detour!
Just northeast of Eglin Airforce Base is the Airforce Armament Museum, home to the only museum dedicated to the history of Airforce armament. Visitors can view planes used in all major combat, from World War Two to present day, including the fastest plane ever built.
